Who's To Blame Matt Cassell or Team?

I know many of you are probably scoffing at the thought at whether this is even a legitimate question, and I'm probably just kidding myself by even asking that question, but think about all the interceptions Matt's thrown because he was pressured or a receiver dropped a pass. It's happened to many times so as fans for us to sit here and say QB is our main problem is ridiculous it's not even half of our woes! It understandable that fans are very upset about how poor Matt Cassell is performing, and I'm not so happy either but in the end MANY factors come into play when we talk about why as a team the Chiefs ultimately fail. When a team is THIS BAD it usually starts with the staff not doing they're job right yes I'm talking directly about Scott Pioli and Romeo Crennel right now. Both of these men fail at the jobs they've been handed Romeo has lack of control of the locker room which is seen through mental errors during the games where they've resulted in turnovers and penalties. Scott Pioli has failed us this offseason letting go of Brandon Carr for Stanford Rout to save money, Not signing Dwayne Bowe, keeping Matt Cassell around, and the list goes on and on but in the end he's just failed to do his job and that is to put out a team capable of winning. This team has had 9 fumbles loss and countless interceptions off of dropped passes by wide receivers 19 allowed sacks. If this team cannot keep the Quarterback from being knocked on his rear every other play then how are we going to expect him to go out and be successful?. Matt Cassell should never start another game in the NFL he's God awful, but right now we need to make changes all around as a team and for me It starts in the front office. Matt Cassell isn't the main reason why the Chiefs are sitting here at 1-8 and talking about the draft way too early this year.
