Though the Kansas City Chiefs haven't confirmed it, it looks like Glenn Dorsey's season is over. CBS Sports and NFL.com are both reporting the Chiefs have placed Dorsey on injured reserve due to a calf injury.

This is the final year of Dorsey's contract so GM Scott Pioli (or whoever's running the team) will have to decide at the end of the season what to do about Dorsey.

They can extend him, give him another contract. That doesn't seem too likely.

Or they can do nothing and let his contract expire. Dorsey would then hit free agency, and probably sign elsewhere.

Those are the options. So is this the last of Dorsey with the Chiefs?
