The NFC West was once the laughingstock of the NFL. The AFC West is currently in the same position. Based on the turnaround of teams like the Arizona Cardinals and the San Francisco 49ers, the teams in the AFC West can only hope for such instant results in 2013. For now, they can watch the NFC teams fight it out tonight on Monday NIght Football.
