The Kansas City Chiefs could be looking at another game with Matt Cassel at the helm with Brady Quinn's injury against the Raiders.
The Kansas City Chiefs were questionable at the quarterback position heading into this short week preparing for the San Diego Chargers on Thursday night. Nothing is apparently going to be any clearer after Monday's practice.
Adam Teicher is reporting that the team's starter Brady Quinn will not be at practice on Monday after suffering a head injury against the Oakland Raiders. Matt Cassel played out the duration of the game and he could be the team's starter this week. Then again, Romeo Crennel noted that Cassel himself was going to require examination after getting hit on Sunday himself.
Cassel already missed some time due to a concussion earlier this season. If neither quarterback can play, then Ricky Stanzi is the likely starter for the Chiefs.
