With the announcement that Brady Quinn has been selected as the Chiefs new permanent starting quarterback over Matt Cassel, the sound of laughter or a sigh has followed the news. It seems that nearly everyone -- whether a fan or media member -- believes that it makes no real difference for the Chiefs.
