As I sit here at work, working really hard to do as little actual work as possible, I will admit that many of the comments on this site are beginning to annoy me. I am not annoyed because your opinion disagrees with mine, in fact, I will defend your right to voice your opinion with every fiber of my being. No, I am annoyed because people forget that when voicing an opinion, and then expecting people to take you seriously, requires you to take the responsibility and ownership that comes with voicing your opinion. Say what you want but make sure you fully back up and support it not only with facts but with actions, otherwise your "opinion" is nothing more than just pointless ranting and raving.

Now what exactly am I referring to? Well, the title of my fanpost says it all. I don't care if you want the Chiefs to blow the rest of the season so we can get a good draft pick, fine, that is your opinion. I completely disagree with it but as I stated above, you have every right to voice your opinion. My problem is when you say that you want the Chiefs to blow the rest of the games this year and then come on here and rant and rave about how terrible we are and how angry you are that we lost a game. Um, excuse me but isn't that exactly what you wanted? Why are you mad? I expect that if you want us to suck (again I don't agree with this but you have the right to your opinion) that you will not be on here angry about us losing. Why? Because how can I take your opinion seriously when you say one thing and then act the opposite.

Like I said, you can believe whatever you want. I might debate your opinion with you but I won't hate you for it. In fact, I respect people who stick to their opinions (or decide upon reviewing information further that they were incorrect) and then back them up with their actions. But please, don't get on here wanting us to "Blow for Geno" and then get all pissed off because we lost a game because then you just look stupid.
