Crennel and the team agreed to a contract late Sunday night. Crennel's agent, Joe Linta, said it's a three-year deal. Linta, who also represents four Chiefs players, said his clients are "ecstatic" about the move. Crennel is working with team management to identify an offensive coordinator.
