Greg Manusky fired as DC in San Diego

With the recent firing of Greg Manusky in San Diego, I'm curious what others would think of Manusky as a potential suitor in Kansas City. I'm obviously just playing a hypothetical here as his firing was literally just announced. However, he's been a linebackers coach for several NFL teams and was the Defensive Coordinator in San Francisco from 2007 to 2010. I think you can make a case that San Francisco's defense still has remnants of Manusky's fingerprints.

This year, according to rotoworld.com, the Chargers defense ended the season 16th in the NFL in overall defense and 13th against the pass. The one caveat is that teams were able to run all over them.

One thing I would like to note is that both the Chargers and 49ers used a 3-4 defense under Manusky.

So if Romeo Crennel takes over as HC next season, how would you feel (hypothetically) with Manusky named as Defensive Coordinator with our current defense? Any thoughts?
