I do think Jon Asamoah may have an advantage in our current system over Waters.

Brian’s a power-blocking guy. Jon’s one of the fastest linemen in the league and fits the zone-blocking scheme better than the bulkier Waters.
Gotta respect Brian for at least wait until a good backup comes around to ditch us. I’m looking at you, Roaf!

but I don’t think Shields would be a bad hire to come in and coach the O-line. At least when Muir is off for nap time.
