Bowe will be a chief next year reguardless. If anything we will franchise him this year, and if a deal cant be reached long term we will franchise again in 13 and trade him then. It will give us another year to see what kinda strides Baldwin can make.

Upon writing that, can a player still be franchised two years in a row under the new CBA?
Nope. Can only be franchised once.
I think that’s ideal. But if we do trade him I’d love to get a first next year and not this year. Idc if we will be picking in the 20s. Next years first round is better qb wise and i like the possibility of trading up next year.

Breaston. Him and McClain were great pickups- attitude wise and helping the team.
I think this is something Haley and Pioli have in common: looking for contributors that are also leaders.
