Not sure if I've heard his name before around here.

I would like the see Jim Caldwell become our OC....

Any thoughts on this?

He was never an OC

He got his job with Indy because Dungy liked him and he “jumped on the Manning bandwagon”. He then was annointed the HC in waiting… I honestly dont think he ever called the plays in Indy.
I would ONLY hire Caldwell if that meant Peyton was coming with him… I would send him back to the QB coach and promote Zorn if that was the case… Not really a fan if this either but if Peyton was here I could care less!

What a year! At least we have the Royals... Oh Wait!

NO...

We don’t need a OC/QB coach that has worked with any one player or players that are the best at their positions… face it P. Manning was the QB & Offensive Coordinator for the Colts, nothing else could explain why they were the worst team this year…

You havent heard his name because...

He sucks in every aspect of the game of coaching. He doesnt motivate, cant manage the clock, has no backbone, rode the coattails of another mediocre HC that for some unknown reason gets more respect than he deserves in Tony Dungy, and oh yeah… Caldwell NEVER called plays. I wouldn’t even take this guy if he did call the plays, because Peyton is the only real OC that they have had there.

No thanks!

Funny fact

Jim Caldwell was the QB coach at Penn State. He coached a QB by the name of Todd Blackledge.

Ever heard of him?

Definitely no

I don’t want him in KC, I don’t even want his name coming up.
