What could have been......or what thank goodness isn't stats
Nose Tackle:
Tackles:Sacks:Forced Fumbles
Aubrayo Franklin Saints: 17 0 0
Shaun Rodgers Saints: 22 0 0
Phil Taylor Browns: 59 5 1 *I actually was scared away by the foot problem. Silly me.
Kelly Gregg: 39 1 0 *Has same amount of tackles as Rodgers and Franklin combined
Wideout:
Catches:Yards:Touchdowns
Titus Young Lions: 48 607 6
Randall Cobb Packers: 25 375 1
Torrey Smith Ravens: 50 841 7 *I wanted to the Chiefs to draft him a year ago.
Leonard Hankerson Redskins: 13 163 0
Greg Little Browns: 61 709 2
Tandon Doss Ravens: 0 0 0
Austin Pettis Rams: 27 256 0
Jerrel Jernigan Giants: 0 0 0
Jonathan Baldwin 21 254 1 *Injury, yes but self inflicted.
Santana Moss Redskins: 46 584 4
Steve Breaston 61 785 2 *Now aren't you glad Santana Moss snubbed us?
Outside Linebacker:
Tackles:Sacks:FFs
Akeem Ayers Titans: 76 2 1
Mason Foster Bucs: 84 2 1
Sam Acho Cardinals: 40 7 4 *I wanted the Chiefs to draft this player too. I'm pretty good at this.
Brooks Reed Texans: 45 6 0
Justin Houston 56 5.5 1 *For a 3rd round pick? Heck yeah it was worth it.
These were just stats of the players who may have become Chiefs. I know the stats only show us a small piece of the picture, but it sort of tells us how our players compare around the league and makes me feel a lot better about some of the guys we missed out on. Here's to another great draft ahead! Cheers to the Chiefs!

curious what teams all those players were on
what QB’s were throwing to the WR’s
and were all the LB’s playing in 3-4 base defenses?

hi, Mo! 5 minutes!!!
For all the "Pioli is evil" garbage circulating the interwebs and local (joke-al?) media
Pioli has done an outstanding job of addressing major needs on this team in his 3 years as GM. Granted, some didn’t pan out, but I would say the majority have or appear to possibly or eventually be, but he is seeing the holes and trying to fill them, no doubt about it.
I am a bit down on taking Baldwin over Torrey Smith though. I really liked the guy, and thought he was exactly what this offense needed to push the defense away from the middle of the field for Bowe and Moeaki to work. Maybe Baldwin can be that threat as well eventually, but time will tell.

But that's what Ups does.
You’ll be arguing with him, then he’ll argue with your argument, then you’ll be arguing with your own argument, then you’ll think you’ve won, then he’ll say “see, I told you so,” then you’ll be like wtf.

If Bowe ever gets hooked up with a real good QB, and I think Orton could do it, I can
see Bowe ending up with 2000 yds,
Four forced fumbles for Acho? That's fairly ridiculous.
I didn’t realize he was having such a good season. I remember being high on him last year, then a poor combine and a lower than expected draft pick convinced me I’d been wrong.
