For a couple of years I have been looking for that mean and nasty player with swagger who keeps the entire defense focused on wrecking the opponents offense. Some have referred to it as a junkyard dog mentality, however, many think of mentally tough players who are leaders that others want to play and excel with. Do we have a Ray Lewis type of leader on our team? You know the guy that when the going gets tough he tears your head off. I haven't seen it so far and an unsure if we take that next step to contention without that type of player.  I believe that this team we are fielding needs the Defense to lead the way till the offense works out the kinks.
