I was looking around the league to see if there was any proven TEs that could be available via a trade sometime this season. The only that really stood out as a possibility is Visanthe Shiancoe of the Vikings. The Vikings just used a 2nd round pick for Kyle Rudolph of Notre Dame and Shiancoe is a free agent after this year. I don't think the Vikings are that bad, but their first 5 games are against the Chargers, Chiefs, Lions, Bucs, and Cardinals. If they go 1-4 or even 2-3 in that stretch we could make a move for Shiancoe in our BYE week right before the trade deadline, and giving him a chance to get familiar w/ our offense. I think a 5th round pick could get it done easy. If the Chiefs are at least 3-2 at this point, would you make this move?
