I for one am very excited about the next couple of weeks. They will determine the long term future of our franchise. Let me be blunt. I don’t think we really need to wait until April to find out if the Chiefs finally throw Matt Cassell on the scrap heap and draft the QBOTF. I think it will be clear in about two weeks.

Therefore, the next couple of games are of utmost priority. The stakes couldn’t be higher. The weight of the next decade lies in the way the next two games are played. No mistakes or failures can be made. If we lose to Indianapolis, and Minnesota, not only will they both be down 1 game in the race for Luck, but they will also lose a tie breaker. Seriously, if you are on the Suck for Luck bandwagon, be on it! We NEED to get smoked for two more additional consecutive weeks and

Considerations for the rest of the season:

Have Hali, Carr, Houston, Johnson, Flowers, Bowe and Gilberry all fake season ending injuries. Pay off the team doctor who will verify this information very well.

The purpose of this is two fold. Not only will this further guarantee Luck is under center in K.C. next year, but this will also safeguard our teams talent for next year, as if this season really mattered. Pfffft. I think it was pretty evident 10 minutes into the season that this was another year of bullshit.

Soooooo loyal and dedicated Chiefs fans, we may get what we have all been wanting our whole lifetime.

A bona fide star QB, and multiple playoff wins and superbowl berths in the near future. That is if Scotty doesn’t get a wild hair and actually go out and try to win a game.

No this is not the time to start play calling to win. Keep dumping the ball behind the line of scrimmage to the back, call running plays on third and long, and don’t worry about the first down yard marker.
