Chiefs Injury Report Has One Player Upgraded
The Kansas City Chiefs injury report for Thursday is nearly identical to Wednesday's edition except DE Brandon Bair was upgraded. Three others besides Bair are on the injury report including WR Jonathan Baldwin, CB Brandon Flowers and S Jon McGraw.
Baldwin was listed as a limited participant with a thumb injury for the fifth consecutive practice. Some think Baldwin will be playing on Sunday and others don't. Todd Haley said at Wednesday's press conference that Baldwin "has a little while longer." Does that mean he's a no-go on Sunday? We'll see.
Flowers continues to be listed as limited after suffering an ankle injury against the San Diego Chargers last week. The Chiefs will be doing all they can to stop RB Adrian Peterson this weekend so having a corner like Flowers out there would be beneficial.
McGraw is limited again with a shin injury. No word on his chances of playing Sunday but with the Chiefs safety depth I'd say they need him out there.
Bair was out on Wednesday with an illness but was upgraded to full today so he sounds good to go.
Looks like we'll be going down to the wire on Friday trying to figure out whether Baldwin, Flowers or McGraw will play. The Chiefs will release their status for the game on Friday afternoon.

I will be surprised if he plays.
If he is still limited in practice with his thumb, he won’t be playing.

There is a Chief named Brendan Bair?
Who knew?

If your name is Brandon and you play football, there is a spot for you on the Chiefs.

Time to legally change my name.

Might want to think twice about that
MountainManBrandon just doesn’t have the same ring to it. Might I suggest BeachBoyBrandon?

I like the beach (not as much as the mountains mind you)...
but my surfing could certainly use some work. I can at least catch a wave and stand up…sometimes. Sadly, BeachBoyBrandon despite having “boy” in the name just feels too feminine to me.

We'll need Flowers against Peterson? Why?
I know B-Flow is a good tackler, but he’s still a corner.
more like we’ll need our front 7 to show up….
Me and Matt Cassel just - you up, dog!
I think that was the point
Not that Flowers will be responsible for Peterson, but that we’ll be focused on stopping the run. need the corners to keep their men outta the game so the passing threat is limited.

The Vikings don't have a good OL, QB or WRs
Peterson is a serious threat, but minimized because everyone else is pretty bad.
Well, Harvin is damn good too, and I like their Tight Ends better then ours. But that’s about it, their Offense has been dismal even with All Day gaining mass yards.

flowers is garbage against guys like Harvin
If he’s not feeling good he shouldn’t force it cause Percy Harvin is just the type of guy that Flowers makes stars out of. Carr should stick on Harvin and travis daniels should do fine against jenkins. Speedy underrated receivers are possibly Flowers biggest weakness along with 220 pounders who are 6-3 and taller

UH. Flowers is a good cb.
Wtf are you talking about?

Flowers is a solid CB
But Donald Jones, Nate Burleson, Jacoby Ford, ect. Those speedy underrated guys tend to just burn Flowers
