"Drunken Cow" recipe by The Truth Marinade: 1/2 cup favorite beer (A blonde works best...are we still talking recipe?: Yes and No) Drink Rest of Beer 1/4 cup Teriyaki 1/4 cup Brown Sugar 2 TBL. of McCormick Seasoning. (Substitute another seasoning based on preference. Paul Prudhomme's works very well) Mix above well in a mixing bowl. Add K.C. Strip to concoction and cover.Make sure marinade covers entire steak. Leave in fridge at least 24-48 hrs. The longer it marinades the drunker the cow and the better the steak. Grill over an open flame turning frequently. Spoon remainder of marinade over Steak while grilling. Double or triple the marinade if making more steaks ensuring all steaks are completely covered.
