Where Do The Chiefs Need The Most Help?

With Jamaal Charles going on injured reserve, the Kansas City Chiefs now have an open roster spot. Chiefs coach Todd Haley said after Sunday's game that there clearly needs to be a lot of changes in how they go about their business on the field.

One change will be coming with a new player this week. Maybe the Chiefs will sign someone familiar with the system, someone who was in training camp with the team. Or maybe they'll sign someone else.

Here's a list of the top free agents available -- offense and defense. Any names jump out at you?

Unfortunately, I don't see one player out there -- or anywhere else, for that matter -- that can step in and change the direction of this team right now.

It's cliche, but the Chiefs will have to collectively stand up to change what's going on, particularly without Tony Moeaki, Eric Berry and Jamaal Charles. Dating back to last December, they haven't demonstrated they can do that, so it's hard to be optimistic about the players on the team.

Where do the Chiefs need the most help?

(Besides everywhere.)
