Here is a link to the full CBA pdf (the actual file is above the "Preamble" header) if anyone is interested in reading it. I wasn't sure if this was posted before. I did an AP search for "CBA" and everything like it but with all the lockout stuff it was kinda like finding a needle in a haystack.
