Watch Kelly Gregg Try To Run Down Jamaal Charles

New Kanas City Chiefs NT Kelly Gregg is actually...pretty fast?

Yeah, check out the video above, brought to our attention by AP user bobby sippio. RB Jamaal Charles goes to the left and Gregg shoots through the line and moves pretty quickly for a guy that weighs over 300 pounds.

This year, Gregg will only be chasing Charles in practice.

Hey oh! I knew this deserved to be on the front page!

ya nice find :)

I was once fired from a job two days after I waited on Matt Cassel and his wife Lauren Killian. Totally my AP moment to remember. Unfortunately also one of my stupidest moments.

Ha I'm just fishin' for an h/t - but really, it's all about trying to help the team win.

The guy laughing off camera makes this vid perfect, too.

Yeah and it gets funnier every time I watch it.

Mall Cop…….I think the name should stick.

Mall Cop is such a good nickname.

Who was that?

That totally wiffed on the “block” on Gregg?

by Big Reese on Aug 5, 2011 11:56 AM CDT reply actions

Rudy I think.

He whiffed on it then stood there looking around like "where'd my guy go"

Didn’t realize that someone could misplace a 320lbs man.

No, that was the LG that fell down on the job.

Chiefs Revised FA Wish List: True NT and a Solid RT. I'll take McClain too. Say NO to Moss and Owens. Also, pay them: Carr, Flowers and Hali.

Give the man

Al Michael’s microphone and toupee. I’d love to hear that for a full game!

We will miss you

Best of luck this year, Buddy Lee.

What's Most Impressive

Is how he totally disrupted the play. If it were not for JC’s amazing burst of speed, that would have been a tackle for a major loss.

And now that big dude will hopefully be doing that for OUR side this year. Sweet!

Just keep matriculatin' the ball down the field, boys.

Give him the ball

He could be another one of our running back/ fullback.

I had to watch it a few times

I’ll have to say, he was getting with it pretty good.

by Supersport on Aug 5, 2011 6:04 PM CDT reply actions

I remembered that play,

Gregg was pumped for jacking that play up (as well he should’ve been).

Surprisingly mobile for a guy that size.

Hell he’s probably more mobile than I am. I’m the same age as Gregg and probably 130-140lb less than him, and I can’t guarantee I’d be able to outrun him.

The Chiefs and I have mutually agreed on this decision and although I look forward to continuing my career, I’ll always have a special place in my heart for Kansas City.
