2011 Rookie Draft Class: The Nickname Game

Every year the draft brings in new and exciting players, and Arrowhead Pride goes crazy with player analysis and polls, and throughout the chaos nicknames are born.  However, this year is alittle different because the NFL Lockout took center stage of most conversations, which were mostly making your closest buddy the complaint department.  Now that the doom and gloom is behind us and we are a week away from the NFL Preseason, we can continue to build our excitement for our team, our organization, and our newest Kansas City Chiefs!  Lets play the nickname game for our 2011 Rookie Draft Class.  I am excited to hear your newest, most creative nicknames for these new men who will go to battle as a Kansas City Chief. 


The 2011 NFL Rookie Draft Class for our Kansas City Chiefs are as follows: 

 

1st round, 26th overall - WR Jonathan Baldwin, Pittsburgh

2nd round, 55th overall - OL Rodney Hudson, Florida State

3rd round, 70th overall - OLB Justin Houston, Georgia

3rd round, 86th overall - DL Allen Bailey, Miami

4th round, 118th overall -DB Jalil Brown, Colorado

5th round, 135th overall - QB Ricky Stanzi, Iowa 

5th round, 140th overall - LB Gabe Miller, Oregon State

6th round, 199th overall - DT Jerrell Powe, Mississippi

7th round, 223rd overall - FB Shane Bannon, Yale
