Heard Pat Kirwin on NFL Radio saying Justin Houston is negotiating guaranteed money with the Chiefs for his contract. He probably wants 4 years guaranteed and Pioli probably wants 2 years. I missed the first 20 seconds so I don't know if this is fact or speculation. Either way he said Pioli probably won't budge because he has STUDabaker so he has no reason to panic.
