The Kansas City Chiefs have waived seven players in their first wave of NFL roster cuts. The Chiefs have until Tuesday afternoon at 3:00 p.m. (Arrowhead Time) to get down to 80 players. They currently need to cut two more players.

The following players were waived, the team announced:

LB Eric Bakhtiari, RB Tervaris Johnson, DB Javes Lewis, WR Chris Manno, WR Josue Paul, DB Mario Russell and WR Chandler Williams.

These aren't any surprise cuts.
