Commitment and Inspiration
We all know that Arrowhead Pride is the epicenter of Chiefs fanaticism. I certainly know I spend FAR too much time on this well-loved and secretly cursed website discussing, speculating, debating, and arguing. Most of the time we conduct ourselves respectfully but sometimes we kind of lose it and lash out at each other because someone just drives us crazy. But, you know what? That sounds an awful lot like family to me. You can choose your friends but you can't choose your family - or your AP comrades.
As I've said before, I currently live in Seattle but I am able to watch every single Chiefs game albeit usually without sound at a favorite bar in my neighborhood of Ballard. I am usually the only Chiefs guy there holding down the end of the bar and defending our pride. I get there right at opening to make sure I reserve the right tv (although in reality the bar guys save it for me anyway these days) to eat breakfast, drink some coffee, and start with my vitamin C in the form of a greyhound. It's a fun bar because we have expats from nearly every team and pretty much every game gets shown. There are several cool Denver fans, occasional (and mostly cool) Chargers fans, and incredibly annoying Raiders fans.
I've been thinking about it and finally decided to step up my commitment and do my part to help us win the Super Bowl as soon as possible. And, I hope that I can inspire our blood brother community here to join in that quest. So, I challenge you to join me after the jump!!
Oh yeah, it's real and it's spectacular! Now, go get your own! Let's rec this thing up and you guys can add your own Chiefs body art photos!!!!

This is a FanPost and does not necessarily reflect the views of Arrowhead Pride's writers or editors. It does reflect the views of this particular fan though, which is as important as the views of Arrowhead Pride writers or editors.

Born in 1962
My parents split in 67. I grew up with my mom and stepdad. My Stepdad was an only child growing up on a farm type background. Work was a given, and my stepdad was sorta like Haley in that it was expected. Damn if I didn’t try to find better ways to get er done. My stepdad was a salesman and I began selling door to door anything saleable.
Thats how I met the Saint Bernard some might remember :( To the point work is a rewardable chore and I want my Chiefs to follow that idea. Also work is rewarded again I want that for my Chiefs players that excel. Taking a thumping or begrating is part of getting better, My Mom’s job. All Mom’s jobs. Soo, I apreciate what Scott and Todd bring to these young men. Structure – Rules enforced on everyone. Discipline – in mind and body. Family
my parents were/are super old fashioned. it sort of wore off on me as well.
Im totally with you when it comes to haley/pioli on discipline, rules etc.
These guys get paid a lot of money to do what they do, my father worked 24/7 and was gone 300 nights a year working at a high paying job that = less than you get for the league min…by far…so its sort of like, just do your job, stop complaining about being yelled at, and improve at your craft.
Hopefully this whole front office that has led to a complete turnaround plans on sticking around for the long haul, haley included.
Team Pioli/Haley. Decade of the Chiefs.
Team Colquitt
I'm TRSChief, and I approve of this tattoo
The Chiefs and I have mutually agreed on this decision and although I look forward to continuing my career, I’ll always have a special place in my heart for Kansas City.
Very nice art work..
