Any Chiefs Players At Larry Fitzgerald's Workouts?
So...are there any Kansas City Chiefs players at Larry Fitzgerald's camp?
If you remember, WR Dwayne Bowe went to Fitz's workouts last year and a few current and former NFL players were there keeping an eye on him. WR Jonathan Baldwin said a while back he planned to work out with Fitz at some point as well.
The Minneapolis Star-Tribune has a story posted on Fitzgerald's workouts, which are taking place at the University of Minnesota, and there's an accompanying video so I tried to spot any Chiefs. At the 1:13 mark of this video we have a possible QB Tyler Palko sighting, or perhaps it's his twin (or Todd Haley).
The two guys I really wouldn't mind seeing there would be Bowe and Baldwin. Bowe made quite the leap and I'm sure attending Fitzgerald's workouts deserves a small bit of credit for that. Likewise, it wouldn't be bad for Baldwin to attend so as to have the best possible introduction to the NFL as possible.
If a lot of people compare Baldwin's raw skills to that of Fitzgerald -- even Baldwin has made that comparison -- then he might as well start acting like it and work out with the man himself.

The Legend of the Larry Fitzgerald Workouts
Don’t get me wrong, I like Fitz, but I don’t get the hype surrounding other players working out with him.

I do.
The results speak for themselves.

What results?
Bowe stunk for the first quarter of the season. It wasn’t until after the Colts game where he turned it around and went on a huge tear. I give more credit to Bowe himself and Haley than Fitzgerald’s camp.

You're probably right.
Training and practicing with the best WR in the game and guys like Chris Carter and Michael Irvin and Jerry Rice probably has very little impact on the camp participants results.

Just look at what his camp did for other participants
Golden Tate and Eric Decker were overnight probowlers, right? Also, Fitz being the best WR in the game is arguable. One of the best, yes.

They're both rookies adjusting to the game and both dealt with injuries.

Pfffffff
Fitz should be going to Bowe’s workouts.

there we go, tyler palko is the man. Tebow practice clone hard at work
Team Pioli/Haley. Decade of the Chiefs.
Team Colquitt
I don't think it's as important as just working out somewhere.
Although it couldn’t hurt to be involved with one of the best WR in the NFL.
Royals over/under on losses: 96
Chiefs Will...hopefully not take a step back in 2011.
I hope Baldwin goes for the classy rasta look after working out with Fitz.
