Chad Ochocinco Speaks The Truth On Brandon Flowers

Photo

So we don't always agree with Chad Ochocinco. In fact, I'd say we rarely do but that doesn't mean he never speaks the truth.

Ochocinco was asked on Twitter what he thought about Chiefs CB Brandon Flowers and had this to say:

Oh man he is gonna be special, great hips n feet n ball awareness

OK, OK. Ochocinco can speak the truth every once in a while and, yes, this is one of those times.

Is Ochocinco trying to come to KC?

I mean, his soccer team is here, so he might want to become a Chief. Doesn’t mean Pioli will agree though.

Say what you will about Ocho

But I wouldn’t say he’s earned the reputation of being wrong. He’s one of the most entertaining figures in the NFL, and usually right about what he says.

Agreed

Overall I wouldn’t mind seeing Ocho in a Chiefs uniform. Probably not going to happen but I wouldn’t mind it one bit. I use to think he was ridiculous but he seems to have matured in an Ocho way.

Ocho is a big Brandon Flowers fan

He said before last season that B-Flowers was the best corner he faced in 2009.

I don't know how I would feel

about Chad commenting on my hips, even in a football context……

now, if BF could start making stops on critical 3rd downs

when the opposing QB finally looks his receiver’s way…then he’d be something special. Until then, he’s a good corner who seems to always get beat on big plays, even when his coverage is excellent.
