All right, I wasn't going to waste a fanpost on this, but a man's gotta do what a man's gotta do. Wait, I used that expression Saturday? Well, whatever. Look, AP, I need your help. I've put blood sweat and tears into multiple posts. I've stared at the screen until my eyes hurt. Once, I even got a tiny hand cramp from typing (I know, right? Awful stuff)!!! Well, I'm calling in all my chips for that hard work and shed blood and asking you to help me out....
Anyways, here's the situation. My sister and new brother-in-law have made me and Mrs. MNchiefsfan a great offer... to drive us down to Kansas City and pay for a hotel room so we can see the Chiefs play (did I say play? I meant destroy, pillage, pummel, and otherwise violate) the Vikings. Now some of you know how broke me and the Mrs. are right now. I didn't think I'd get a chance to see the Chiefs play live for at least another 3 or 4 years. But basically we're getting a chance to pay for just the tickets, with no other expenses. Awesome!
Here's where I need the help...
First, does anyone have any info for me on how to score cheap tickets?
Second, those of you who have been to a game... What sections are good and what are bad (assuming about $100 per ticket absolute limit)? Are there any (relatively) cheap seats that are actually decent? I need seating info people!
As you can see, I've got no info to go on. I'm looking for a cheap way to see the Chiefs and still have a decent view. Help me out! It may be the difference between this guy getting to see the Chiefs now or having to wait until 2015 or so. Do not be shy, ANY suggestion will do! I'm counting on you KC natives!
And just cause I can here... ninja pic
