Jay Dunn of the Trentonian wrote a story this morning talking mostly about non-football related items but included this nugget in there:

A little over a year ago, Rush Limbaugh, a nationally known radio commentator. expressed an interest in purchasing a minority interest in the Kansas City Chiefs.

Within 24 hours the NFL players union official protested the proposal, citing Limbaugh's expressed racial views. Some Kansas City players went so far as to say they would refuse to put on a uniform if Limbaugh had anything to do with the club.

Hmm....
