The Kansas City Chiefs selected Jon Asamoah in the third round of the 2010 draft with aims on his taking over a starting role on the interior of their offensive line at some point in the future. That future may take place as soon as this fall. Adam Teicher of the Kansas City Star instructs us that we should not be surprised if Asamoah is promoted into the starting lineup at left guard this season, bumping veteran Brian Waters out. With Asamoah and 2011 draft pick Rodney Hudson in the mix, the interior of the Chiefs' offensive line could be set for the next several seasons. Could Waters possibly become trade bait?
