Just for fun I was wondering how VY is going to stay in pro football if no team wants him as a QB. Surely some desperate team in need of a QB will try him. But unless he is willing to be a student of the game and work on perfecting his skills as a QB he isn't going to be very successful in my opinion. So with his size and athleticism I thought an experiment as TE might be in the works if he would be willing. Doubtful yes, but maybe?

This brings me to point out another failed first rounder who went on to be a good player in another position. This guy was a former Chief's first rounder at RB, flopped and was cut, then went to oakland and became a TE that had a few pretty good years. Anybody remember this cat? Ethan Horton was his name I believe. So if Vince doesn't pan out as a QB could he in fact find work at another position like TE?

If he could, do you think he would fit in here in KC? I think he would have an understanding of routes being an ex-QB and might make this adjustment pretty well. Just think of his running ability after the catch. So many trick plays he could be used on to run, pass or catch. Another athletic weapon to pressure the D with. You never know it might just work.
