We just posted several minutes ago the news that Kansas City Chiefs LB Mike Vrabel was arrested early Monday morning on a theft charge. Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk first reported the news.
I just contacted Vrabel's agent, Neil Cornrich, and he confirmed the arrest. He also issued this statement from Vrabel:
"It was an unfortunate misunderstanding, and I take full responsibility for the miscommunication. I feel comfortable that after talking with the appropriate parties, we will resolve this matter."
Cornrich declined to get into the details of the arrest.
