First Stat Projection For Chiefs Draft Pick WR Jonathan Baldwin

Stay connected for news and updates

Wonder how new Kansas City Chiefs WR Jonathan Baldwin will do in year one? Pro Football Focus has already projected his numbers.

Is it way too early? Yes. Does this mean anything at all? No. Is it still cool to talk about? Of course.

PFF has run the numbers and come up with their projection. Baldwin's final numbers for the 2011-12 NFL season will be 32 receptions for 451 yards and three touchdowns. That would put him 83rd in PFF's rankings.

Receivers generally don't come in and light the world on fire so I think this is a fair projection of what he might do without, you know, knowing the rest of the Chiefs draft, who will be re-signed or who will be signed and lost in free agency.

WR Dwayne Bowe is ranked 15th in their projections with 67 receptions for 1,068 yards and nine touchdowns. That sounds fair as well.

So this is an easy one. Are you going with the over or the under on Baldwin's projected numbers?
