Clark Hunt says he wants to model the Chiefs ater the Steelers. Is he serious or trying to play lip service?

We have heard it before, and it is a good model to follow. But as I was in my kitchen making hash browns for lunch, the thought came to me. Is Clark Hunt really serious? I am not going to tell you yes or no, but something for AP nation to discuss on a Friday night/Saturday afternoon (in my case). The first thing that comes to mind is the rapport Dan Rooney (yeah, I know he is ambassador to Ireland right nowand his son is running the show) has with his players. I read after their last SB win that he makes sure that each player, no matter if it is Ben Roethlisberger or the 5th team special teams player, has his phone number and can call him if they need anything or have some sort of problem. Does Clark Hunt have this type of rapport? I don't know that answer. Next is the fact he doesn't live in KC. The Rooneys were a part of the Pittsburgh landscape. While Lamar Hunt did have a few businesses in the KC area, he was still a Texan at heart. He bought those MLS franchises and kept the ones not in KC. I will give Clark Hunt a pass on the MLS championship game he attended over the Chiefs game a few years back. I'm not saying Clark Hunt has to move to KC permanenty, but does he truly care about the community? And finally is hiring the right personnel on the business side (Pioli/Haley has been beaten to death over here). Some of the things I have been hearing about on the business side have just made me shake my head (Making the firefighters pay for thier own ticket to the game and changing thier minds after the bad press comes to mind). Has Clark Hunt made the right hires on the business side? I haven't heard of things like this coming out of Pittsburgh. So the question I pose: Will Clark Hunt make this the model franchise? I don't have the answer, but lets discuss...
