It would be nice if Terrance Copper
Could become the legit #4 WR to solidify our WR depth. I thought Colbert had a chance but for some odd reason we cut him instead of Urban (one of the many reasons I disliked Haley). Bowe, Breaston, Baldwin, then we can get Copper to change his last name to Barnes or Bailey or Barthalamew for the sake of the killa b’s.

Yeah Colbert didn't really light the world on fire
but it seems like he had a couple clutch catches for us on that 4 game winning streak to keep some drives alive.
Copper should change his name to Bronze.

hi, Mo! 5 minutes!!!
Urban's days are numbered.
He was a Haley guy, and so this is probably the end for him. I kinda hope they bring Colbert back next year. A quality 4th WR who can also line up as a TE.

What can Urban do?
I’m still trying to figure that out. I see absolutely nothing he brings to the game.
I don't have a catchy, catch phrase.
There has been very little Urban development in KC.

will the chiefs ever draft a Qb in the first round, not since todd blackledge in 83. and the chiefs could of had marino. OH well atleast 65 toss power trap worked for KC, it should be wide open red. Hank stram still the man.

Free Amon Gordon and Alan Bailey and Wallace Gillberry
Glenn Dorsey can go to hell
by craig in calgary on Dec 20, 2011 2:32 PM CST reply actions
Dude, really?
He’s not THAT bad…especially when you consider his awkward fit into this system. We need to trade him (I’d guess we could get a 3rd rounder, tops)…but he’s far from terrible.
He provides no pass rush, commands single teams, and the Packers were (successfully) running Ryan Grant at him all game
When I saw him jogging towards Aaron Rodgers on his TD scramble, I thought “That’s it, I’m done”
by craig in calgary on Dec 20, 2011 2:38 PM CST up reply actions
yea that jog Pis*ed me off
he didnt even try. im about done with him in KC
I agree, it's time for him to go
He’s badly regressed this year, has been lapped by T-Jax in terms of production (notice how teams don’t run much at T-Jax and Houston?), and is WORSE next to an average NT than he was next to a sub-average NT.
I’m perfectly comfortable with Gordon/Bailey/Gilberry as our DE rotational guys, especially with Bailey getting better all the time.
I love my wife, my kids, and the Chiefs. In that order. Except on game days.

"Hater" is a term used by weak-minded people in the face of legitimate criticism.
Maybe he figures if he kills his trade value
He’ll get cut and sign where he wants. I doubt it, but it could be…

And you spent three years bitching about TJax
Kalo and I told you all along….
Tebow might know Jesus, but Bill Muir is old enough to have actually babysat him in the manger.
I would still like to see Battle and Dex ahead of Jones
Men succeed when they realize that their failures are the preparation for their victories.
Jones showed a little life last week.
I think we saw that he can still play when the opposing team doesn’t crowd the line of scrimmage…like they did when our QB couldn’t throw the ball more than 25 yards.
Another reason I’m fine with Orton for now is that he makes Jones, Battle, and Dex more effective.

Jones did a ton of the dirty work.
Including the big screen in the 1st and a pair of solid runs on the final drive to chew up clock.

Off the subject
Anyone else see Gaither beasting for San Diego. How many times was Rivers sacked? I watched several plays where he was blocking two guys and taking them down field. Kinda not happy about losing out on a legit lineman. Mims better payoff big time.

i saw one play when matthews scored on a rushing td
and gaithers dropped back into pass protection. Never put a hand on anyone.
