Chiefs Final Injury Report Has Two Questionable, One Probable
The Kansas City Chiefs ended the week with three guys on the injury report for Chicago Bears week -- C Casey Wiegmann, LB Demorrio Williams and G Ryan Lilja.
Wiegmann has a hand injury but is expected to play after being a limited participant in practice the last two days. He wasn't on Wednesday's report but he's listed as probable for Sunday's game so the consecutive snaps streak should continue.
Williams has a groin injury that has landed him on the injury report a couple of times this year. He's questionable entering the game after two straight days of full practices.
Meanwhile Lilja is questionable with a head injury suffered in the New England Patriots game. He missed last week's game against the Pittsburgh Steelers and G Rodney Hudson stepped in so that's what would likely happen again if he can't go.

How'd that four martini lunch go?
Is your new connection sizzling away at remarkable speed?
"You gonna pull them pistols...or whistle Dixie?"
More to the point,
is NFLN as magically delicious as everyone says?
When you gotta go in the lion's den, you don't go quiet. You go in loud, kick the door down and say WHERE IS THE SONUVABITCH. -B. Billick
As long as Primetime isn't singing,
CAM, CAAAAAMMMM
I don't have a catchy, catch phrase.
I've had NFLN
since it began. I think it is better than any of the other channels in terms of quality reporting and insights into the game. Since football is all they do, they have entire shows dedicated to explaining the x’s and o’s. It is really very informative. I love warren sapp. He’s the funniest and most down to earth on the channel. My only real complaint about the network at all is Michael Irvin. The guy doesn’t know how to talk without yelling. It wears me out real fast.

I can watch it for hours

Injured list is of no consequence...
as long as Palko plays, we lose.
Kansas City Chiefs; Profitable Mediocrity since 1969.
"22 players off the street could win two games" - Todd Haley
"A horrible coach can win four games in 2 out of the last 3 seasons" - Me
just because he starts, doesnt mean he even sees the second quarter.
Team Pioli/Haley. Decade of the Chiefs.
Team Colquitt
He shouldnt see the first.
Heck he shouldn’t even be on the same field
When you fail to prepare, you prepare to fail.
Jamaal above all. #25 ftw.

Todd is an offensive genius
He knows what he is doing.
Men succeed when they realize that their failures are the preparation for their victories.
Our juggernaut offense
Can be handled by any QB so I guess we should have confidence in Tyler to lead our offense to victory on Sunday
When you fail to prepare, you prepare to fail.

CHIEFS WILL!
Tyler will be a TD machine on Sunday
Men succeed when they realize that their failures are the preparation for their victories.
Wiegmann
It’s amazing that he was snapping balls to Erik Kramer at the beginning of his career. Impossibly durable and always decent.
He's another Iowa boy.
Looking for the ascent of the other one on our roster.
Ladies and Gentlemen, here are YOUR STANZI CITY CHIEFS!!
Why isn't Neckbeard on the injury report?
He has a clean face… which obviously puts his magical touch on the football in jeopardy.
I see now why Haley has him as the number 2. No neckbeard = no play!
Go Chiefs!!!!
He shaved his neckbeard
because he knew it was no match for Haleys beard
Men succeed when they realize that their failures are the preparation for their victories.
so if wiegmann goes down
we have…..nobody, because hudson is having to play for lilja. more proof that pioli is an asshole.
Just like novocaine. give it time; always works..
The greater the fall, the grander the ascention..
hey I thought I was the only Pioli basher on here
There can only be 1 at the quickening lol

I hear you
And let’s draft not 1,but 2 role players in the 2nd round instead of going after 2 starters,in the DEEPEST draft in 10 years!!! Pioli=fail

7-9
KC has 8 on the active roster plus 2-3 on the PS

come on
Backup OT: Maneri and Mims
Backup OG/C: Harris and Bruggeman (yes, they are on the PS, but they could be called up quickly if needed)
You can say the backups aren’t stellar, but saying there are none isn’t true
I do agree that they should take a G/C in the draft along with an OT…
They’ve had good success with drafting interior linemen the last 2 yrs
but, calling the GM an “asshole” is pretty ignorant, IMHO

I believe that Maneri is versatile enough
to play guard in a pinch.
Go Chiefs!!!!
he's versatile enough
to b-slap Troy Palomalu.

Keep swinging Stag
I don’t know when it became fashionable to discount injuries when talking about a team’s ability to perform, but it seems that it is happening more and more often around here. Somehow, the standard used for comparison seems to imply that this team has been on the mend for so long that our depth should match that of teams like the Steelers and Patriots. That being accepted by these prognosticators it would seem, since Haley and Pioli cannot make a silk purse out of a sow’s ear (as it were), they simply suck at their jobs.
I simply disagree with the premise. We are still moving in the correct direction. To fire Haley or Pioli at this point seems like cutting off your nose to spite your face. Time will tell.
"You gonna pull them pistols...or whistle Dixie?"
Can Berry rush the passer?
Can Charles throw the Ball?
Does moeaki play on the 0-line?
Because that is why we are losing

Well, let's see here
Can Berry Rush the passer? Yes. On occaision he does.
Can Charles throw the ball? Yes. On occaision he has.
Does Moeaki play on the o-line? By definition, a TE lines up on the o-line.
Any further questions?
"You gonna pull them pistols...or whistle Dixie?"
You know what I mean
Moeaki isn’t a a offensive tackle, the o line sucks
Eric Berry isn’t a pass rusher ,we have no pass rush(13 sacks)
Charles isn’t a qb our, passing game sucks

I know exactly what you mean
According you you the Chiefs suck. I disagree. We have almost nowhere else to go with this…
"You gonna pull them pistols...or whistle Dixie?"
clearly you're very negative on this team
I get it. It’s been a rough year
I won’t try to convince you otherwise.
But, it seems shortsighted to say that this wouldn’t have been a better season with Berry, Charles, Moeaki and Cassel.
Those guys are the core of this team.
They improve the run game, run D pass D and passing game.
There have been other factors in the 7 losses so far… but if you don’t believe that KC wins at least 2 more games with those 4 players, you should mix some koolaid in with your haterade
by stagdsp on Dec 4, 2011 8:53 AM CST via mobile up reply actions
I am just saying there is a lot more wrong with this team
than the running game, stopping the run and not having a TE

Move Williams to IR
And play Campbell. Let’s see if he’s got anything worth keeping.
