It's finally here. Kansas City Chiefs. New York Jets. The Meadowlands.
We're just getting geared up for today's game, which comes at 12:00 p.m. (Arrowhead Time) in New York (well, New Jersey, technically).
This is obviously a huge game for the Chiefs. The biggest one of the year, as Todd Haley says. If they win, KC moves to 6-7 on the season and that wacky playoff talk isn't so wacky anymore. The Chiefs might need to win out, or win three of four, in order to make it interesting so this is step one.
I'm excited about this game because I really have no idea how it will go. On the one hand, the Jets have a terrific defense that should shut the Chiefs offense down. On the other hand, KC's defense is playing well enough to do the same to the Jets offense. Who wins out?
Only a few more hours. Everyone ready for today?
