Simple enough, I would never want Marty on the sideline after watching his post season fiascos in Cleveland, here, and San Diego. But, what about as GM? Remember it was Marty who gave Hue Jackson, Bruce Arians, Mike McCarthy, and Bill Cowher their 1st NFL coaching jobs. Compare that to Pioli who hired a HC his own father in law would not promote to OC of the Cowboys in 2006 and then did not even interview for the HC of the Dolphins in 2008.
