I'll start by expressing my opinion about the addition of Orton. I totally agree with it. However, I was skeptical at first.  I'm curious about  what a majority of the fan base think of this. I mean, how will this affect the future of the team? Will it have an immediate impact? Meaning, Kyle Orton will start after the Pittsburgh game ... or was this move simply to take advantage of a cheap deal with the possibility of a free pick?

 Here is what I think:

 Orton was picked up for the starting job NEXT year. He was brought in to compete with Cassel while Stanzi still remains the 3rd string. My personal opinion is that Orton has more talent than Cassel, but he will still have to prove that he can beat him out in camp. I believe Palko will be released and next years qb Depth will go as follows:

1) Orton

2)Cassel

3)Stanzi

4)Matt Barkely or Casey Keenum(UH)
