Chiefs Vs. Patriots: Nine Year Old Streak Could Fall Tonight

Stay connected for news and updates

We'll file this one under the random stats department.

Dating back to Week 14 of the 2002 season, a Miami Hurricanes player has scored at least one NFL touchdown. Guys like Willie McGahee, Andre Johnson and Frank Gore have helped that run over the last 149 games.

It appears this streak will likely come to an end on Monday Night Football.

The New England Patriots (Vince Wilfork) and Kansas City Chiefs (Allen Bailey) each have one former 'Cane on their roster and both play on the defensive line so their chances of scoring...aren't good.

But here's to the streak living on and Bailey picking up a Tom Brady fumble and returning it for a touchdown.
