I believe that Todd Haley has never really been a big fan of Matt Cassel.   With that in mind, Todd essentially has given Cassel an "out" with this mystery injury.   It is unfortunate that we will not get to see former backup (Cassel) versus perennial QB stud (Brady) on Monday night football, but I believe Haley is ready to move on.  I hate to say it, but I would not be too upset if that was the last time I saw Cassel as a starter for our team.   The experiment did not work.  Pay Cassel any final amounts he is owed and let's look to the future.   The future is not Tyler Durden, I mean Palko.   The future is someone we may not even know yet.
