The Chargers tried their best to blow it but they hung on beating the Broncos, 29-24. San Diego now sits at 4-1 on the season and in first place of the AFC West. The Broncos fall to 1-4 and now reside in the cellar of the division.

The Oakland Raiders, playing one day after the death of Al Davis, were able to finagle victory away from the Houston Texans. Matt Schaub's last second pass attempt inside the 10-yard line was intercepted and the Raiders beat the Texans, 25-20.

Oakland moves to 3-2 on the season, good for second place in the AFC West.

KC, as we know, beat the Colts and sit at 2-3 on the season, which puts them in third place in the AFC West.
