Yea. only usually takes 8-12 weeks
for the ligament to heal. Strengthening it and gaining flexibility back is the problem.

Alright thanks for the update. I just heard Jon(John?) say he believes Jamaal Charles is the best overall running back in the NFL! I gotta say that’s something we can all agree with!
