The Oakland Raiders are currently playing without RB Darren McFadden, who exited the game in the first quarter. Vittorio Tafur reports that McFadden has a sprained foot.

Officially, his return is questionable.

He went to the locker room in the first quarter and came back out later. He still has his helmet and uniform on so we're not sure if he'll return or not.

RB Michael Bush is in line to receive more carries with McFadden's injury and we're already seeing the results of that. Bush already has a 35-yard run in this game for the Raiders.

Oakland's run game is one of the best in the league and McFadden is a major part of that. if he can't return, this is a significant boost for the Chiefs.

The Chiefs are dominating this game so far. Kendrick Lewis kicked things off with an interception return for a touchdown on the Raiders' first series and Le'Ron McClain was credited with the Chiefs second touchdown. It's 14-0 Chiefs right now.
