I think he's one of those type of guys that you can go up and talk to. You can put your input in, you know... he likes the players' opinions, he likes to see what we're seeing, you know. He doesn't just go out there and tell us what we're doing, but he likes to get feedback from us. That's always good to have in a head coach, where you can talk to him and kinda vent, and tell him what's going on out there on the field... but not only on the field, but off the field. So that's always a big plus."
