Everyone Is 'Currently Fine' After Ambulance Shows Up At Chiefs Practice
After Monday's Kansas City Chiefs practice, the Kansas City Star's Adam Teicher reported that an ambulance showed up on the field. There were three players missing practice Monday -- Ryan O'Callaghan, Alex Magee and Cameron Sheffield -- and the identity of the player that was apparently tended to hasn't been identified.
Either way, Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk reports that "all members of the team are currently fine."
Todd Haley was light on details when asked about the reported ambulance visit on Monday.
Per the Star:
"There's nobody I know of right now," Haley said when asked about the issue after practice. "The guys out there practicing practiced hard. I didn't see anything occur where ... We're fighting through some things with some guys you've been aware of."
So whoever was injured -- if it even was a player -- is fine.
And, no, I don't think Haley will ever address what happened.

Amazes me how many things are "top secret" at Arrowhead
Even when they don’t really need to be. It seems to me that it just makes for more speculation and rumor most of the time.

Medical information is confidential
Lets see you disclose some of yours before you go calling out the Chiefs for keeping stuff secret that should be secret.
Just saying.

I for one am confident we will win on Monday Night.
SD will likely be game planning for whoever nearly died (or was injured, or had a false alarm). Haley’s guile in this matter will be what pushes us over the top. We all know the reason the Pats have been so good over the years is the fact they are so tight with information.
or
Just freaking tell us what happened. If the details are still fuzzy (as they might be right after the incident), I understand caution but say “details are fuzzy,” not crypic nonsense. There’s really no good reason not to address the situation.

What amazes me is how moronic and desperate for a story Teicher is.
This just goes to show he will write/print anything because he posted it at 11:30PM which means he went all day without getting any real information and still went ahead and posted his speculation.
"Success is never ending, failure is never final."
That means he sat on the story as long as he could
before posting it while he tried to get additional information. Not surprisingly, no additional information was supplied.
I’m not sure what part of his report is speculation. He stated an ambulace arrived. He stated that Haley’s comments indicated a player already injured. He stated that of the known injuries, only Sheffield was not seen in the locker room after practice.

Actually
Haley didn’t say the ambulance was there for someone already injured. He just said they’re working through some injuries that everyone already knows about. He was a bit vague (as usual), so I can see where his comments could be interpreted that way, but that’s not what he said.
Everything you said is speculation which is why I said his report is pure speculation.
If you don’t have the facts don’t post it especially when it is your job.
"Success is never ending, failure is never final."
Not everything was speculation...
.. Tiecher’s story SHOULD have read:
An ambulance showed up on the field sometime during or after Monday’s Chiefs practice. – stop
I have no details concerning who, what, when where, why or how. – stop
The second fact in this report is the exact reason why it doesn’t actually qualify as a report. – stop
However, If I don’t report SOMETHING about it then when someone else that actually has a story to report does so, neither I nor my employer, will not be able to claim that I broke the story first in our next ad campaign. – stop.

Alex Magee would
actually have to see the field to be able to pass out on it!
The picture is a Chiefs pumpkin, yeah that is right a Chiefs pumpkin.
My bet
I’m thinking Brodie Croyle grabbed a gatorade bottle and his arm fell off.

Philip Rivers broke in to spy
and McCluster and Eric Berry along with the spirit of Sippio kicked his ass
Just guessing here BUT
I am pretty sure it would have been Charlie Weis’ fat ass getting over heated yellin’ at our offense to get them ready for the Chargers. He probably developed alittle heart flutter from the excitement.
Charlie we want you around. Lose some fuckin’ weight, big boy!!!
Is was there for C.Weis
His motorized wheel chair over turned on the way to the hot dog stand, rolling three times and ending up on top off him. While going into the second roll his cane came lose and forcibly inserted itself where the sun don’t shine, on poor Charlie. It only took 2 paramedic and a jar of Vaseline to fix him right up.

It was part of practice!
They were simulating the part in the game Monday night where Tamba destroys Philip Rivers in a nastification sack.
Other Arenas wish they could be like Arrowhead Stadium and when rivals think they are going to be fine on an island of Flowers, they will get hit by what feels like a Carr. Ultimately, they will never be able to eat a Berry ever again.
