Around SBN: Jeremy Lin's Game-Winner Was Incredible, Worth Remembering

Element of Surprise

I heard something the other day that got me thinking. The chargers have been watching Weis' Notre Dame games, Crennel's Browns games, and old film from NE to prepare. I think that our coaching is one of the unknowns that SD has to prepare for.

Star-divide

I know that there are the preseason games, but that is very vanilla and haley and co are smart not to show their cards. I think the planning that weis and crennel have been doing have given us an advantage, at least in the early games.

Another element of surprise? Dexter McCluster. His speed, and agility will give SD a lot of problems, especially not knowing how we will use him. I think San Diego may be better prepared than many other teams would be because they practice against Sproles but they don't know how weis will get him the ball.

Arenas and berry----Two more playmakers that we added. Not necessarily unknowns but I think their speed, and particularly arenas' ability to blitz will bring some surprises to rivers.

I don't know if it's in the playbook, but I would love to see Dexter in the wildcat with Charles and Jones in the backfield together. How do you prepare for that:?

With Ryan Matthews coming in as RB, he will be running same plays as LT nothing particularly fresh and new.

Any other advantages/disadvantages you think we have

Well at least it will help that Rivers doesn’t have his pro-bowl LT or # 1 WR playing in the game. The Chargers LB core is also pretty beat up.

Jamaal Charles...Enough said.

Think they could just go back and watch last years game...

Doesn’t take much to put together SD’s game plan…

D – stop the run, make Casshole beat you
O – run all damn day

Politics aside, Obama would of better been served, buying 5 "new" football teams.

We aint winning this game. Too much talent on SD's side.

When you fail to prepare, you prepare to fail.

Jamaal above all. #25 ftw.
