Chiefs Withdrawl already setting in? Here are 8 NFL games to keep your eye on this weekend

If you're like me, every Sunday when the Chiefs play is essentially like Christmas morning.  Unfortunately, these guys actually need a break during the season, and that break comes this week for our Chiefs.  Fortunately, there are eight games we should be watching with interest this weekend that have implications (some more than others) for the rest of our season.

JET @ BUF - We play the Bills in Arrowhead Week 8.  They have their work cut out for them against the Jets, but this struggling team put up 30 points against the Pats last week.  It will be interesting to see how they handle another tough team.

DEN @ TEN - We face the Broncos on their turf halfway through the season, and again in Arrowhead Week 13.  The Colts beat them soundly despite a decent 3rd quarter attempt at a comeback, but it was to no avail.  We also face the Titans Week 16, who simply trounced the Giants.  Can the Denver defense contain their run game?  If not, we have a lot to be happy about.

SEA @ STL - In Week 15 we find ourselves at the Rams house in a test for the best team in Missouri.  They will have their hands full with a very good Seahawks team, but they have been playing pretty stout considering where they are in their rebuilding effort.

IND @ JAX - Do I need to remind you?  As if that isn't enough, we play the Jags in Arrowhead Week 7.  The poor Jags are in a very tough division, and have only scored a single TD in their last 2 games; unfortunately, they can't play the Broncos every week.

HOU @ OAK - After facing the Colts, we find ourselves at Houston in Week 6.  Despite the huge loss to Dallas, this is a good team and not one to take remotely lightly.  Can the Raiders hang with these guys?  Do they have their QB situation figured out?  It will be nice to see how a division rival fares against this team.

ARI @ SDC - We host the Cards at Arrowhead in Week 11.  They managed to barely beat the Raiders, but are hanging in there at 2-1 overall.  Hopefully the Bolts show us some of their weaknesses, as this is a game they should win at home.

BAL @ PIT - Besides being one of those games that football is all about, we get to see one of the other two undefeated teams in the League take on a very good division opponent - can they keep the streak alive?

CHI @ NYG - This Sunday night game showcases the last of the other undefeated teams in the League.  Can the thus far underachieving Giants do it at home, or do the Bears go 4-0?

So there you have it: my picks for NFL games to watch this weekend.  The last two are obviously interesting primarily because we could possibly be the only undefeated team left in the League.  Whatever happens, hopefully you find some solace from the black hole of Chiefs withdrawl in these match-ups (along with ample amounts of alcohol, but you already knew that).
