Chiefs vs. Packers Preseason: Just Missing The Rain
The Kansas City Chiefs and Green Bay Packers will play their final preseason game at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, MO this evening. The game starts at 7:00 p.m.
If you're in Kansas City today then you've noticed that it's been overcast most of the afternoon (and morning).
If the forecasters at Weather.com are correct, the rain will just miss the 7:00 p.m. start time.
Here's the scene an hour before kick off:
And then at kick off:
So while it won't rain during the game, the field could be a little wet.
That's probably not what the Chiefs want to see in the fourth preseason game. This one's all about filling out the bottom-of-the-roster and, most importantly, staying healthy. A wet field probably may not be the best conditions if you're trying to stay injury-free.

Will I have to drink in the rain?
Politics aside, Obama would of better been served, buying 5 "new" football teams.
be happy if you have to drink the rain

I wouldn't say they'll be missing it, Bob
this should be the most exciting Chiefs team in years! Most major needs filled with playmakers, and the league's best coaching staff... 10-6 a possibility?

I was (and still am) a little worried about raid tonight
But that’s what ponchos are for!
I mean, I sat through the MU-KU game the past few years. Tonight can’t be any worse than freezing rain/snow (knocks on wood).
I'm worried about Raid, too. It kills bugs dead.

10 + wins in 2010. Chiefs SHOCK the NFL!!! Mark it down.
Ha! That must be how the cockroaches survive as a species.
Seriously, though…I hope the rain (and the Raid) hold off, and you guys have great weather for the game.

Okay I gotta highjack the thread...
Does anyone know where to watch the game tonight on-line outside of NFL ticket? Or am I up shitcreek? Thanks.
