Cassel leads the Chiefs to a Field Goal late in the 4th quarter to put the Chiefs in a position to win the game. The Chiefs go on win the game because of it and Chiefs fans STILL are asking for his head....please stop this.

For as bad as Cassel has played he won that game for us today. He made the plays that he "was asked" / "need" to make to win the game.

How many times did he put us in the position to WIN late in the game last season, only to have our Defense give up the game winning score? More than once.

Pioli, Haley, Wies put this team together with bubble gum and bailing wire and Cassel is the bailing wire...He holds the Chiefs together late in the game doing enough to walk out with the "W".

The Chiefs are 2-0 in the AFC West and at least one game head of the competition no matter who wins in the latter games this week. We play our next game AT HOME against a 49er team who got "licked" by the Seahawks and will be playing after a short week.

The Chiefs will have a game plan in place for all aspects of the game (O, D and ST) against SF. Cassel WILL be the Chiefs QB in that game, and if we can win that game it WILL be because Cassel keeps us in a position to win the game!
