How Bad Will the Donkeys End up Doing this Season?

The Broncos made some really bad free agency moves this offseason including: Acquiring quarterback Brady Quinn, drafting Tim Tebow in the first round, and most notably getting rid of their best player Brandon Marshall.

It doesn't stop from there injuries have also recently pounding the Donkeys, All-Pro left tackle Ryan Clady had the first of these injuries to hurt the team. Clady suffered a very serious knee injury this offseason while playing basketball and isn't sure if he will be ready for the season opener. The next two injuries are running backs: Correll Buckhalter and Knowshon Moreno both pretty good threats at running back. Buckhalter suffered a back injury and will be out only for a week in training camp, but thats one less week of practice. Moreno suffered a hamstring injury and is likely out the rest of August which is key time to get adjusted to everything.

The most notable injuries of them all just recently All-Pro outside linebacker Elvis Dumervil tore his pectoral muscle which likely puts him out for the whole season missing 4-5 months.

All of these are big blows and I officially expect the Chiefs to go 2-0 against the Donkeys this season.

Denver Donkeys projected 2010 record: 2-14
